While You Shortlist ...

Recently, I have been watching this dance competition 'Chak Dhoom Dhoom' on TV, and I am mesmerized by seeing so much talent among age group 6-14. When I see these kids behaving maturely towards the judge's decision, while keeping the spirit of healthy competition, I feel we actually lose this spirit when we grow up. Also, the reason I connect with this show is that it reminds me of my B-school interview experience - same spirit of competition, the fact that you just have one chance to prove yourself, and having talent is not enough till you don't have luck as well. And the end result - selection or rejection - what matters is the way you deal with both (especially the latter). While flipping channels, I came across a similar show 'Little Masters' on same concept. Not to mention, the quality of this show is really low.
